Even to look up individual functions, I will probably refer to the video material, because the course structure is very logical and easy to follow. Finding the right section won’t be a problem. I also found some tricks very useful — without Wolfgang Benke, I would never have realized them. You learn very well in this seminar how to handle different tools, and there are multiple ways to work with Neutron. I also really liked the bonus video because it answered my own questions. Another good point in the bonus video was that Wolfgang Benke briefly addressed mixing with studio monitors or headphones. Personally, I would do both, because with good mastering headphones that are very linear, you can hear disturbing frequencies very well, and with studio monitors, you get the sense of space in the music. Wolfgang Benke also said it perfectly: good studio monitors are useless if the room hasn’t been acoustically treated.
